Fans Think Saraya Just Hinted at WWE Return for Evolution 2

Saraya might’ve just poured gasoline on the Evolution 2 fire — and fans are running wild with speculation.

The former AEW star took to X and posted a cheeky tweet teasing her appearance at an upcoming fan signing in Phoenix. But it wasn’t just her words that lit up social media — it’s the timing that’s got everyone watching.

“Not me leaving HAWAII for one day to come sign. So you better be there!! If you bring anything, bring sunscreen so my pale ass doesn’t burn when I turn around come back! Haha! SEE YA SATURDAY PHOENIX!” she wrote.

That Saturday signing in Arizona just happens to be one day before WWE Evolution 2 — a Sunday Premium Live Event in Atlanta that has fans begging for a major return. With Saraya (formerly known as Paige in WWE) teasing travel, fans quickly filled her replies with questions and pleas about Evolution.

Luke Paxley wrote, “Dang I hope you booked a flight from Phoenix to Atlanta for Sunday?” while another fan dropped, “WE NEED U AT EVOLUTION 😩😩😩 BUT HAVE FUN AT YOUR SIGNING.”

Others chimed in with everything from “Please have a flight booked to go to Atlanta on Sunday” to “See ya on #WWEEvolution.” One even joked, “Everybody is going to bring you sunscreen now!”

Even if it was just a throwaway line, the tweet has set off full-blown speculation that Saraya could be returning to WWE — or at the very least, showing up at Evolution 2 in some form. She hasn’t wrestled in WWE since 2017 due to a neck injury but has previously said she’d be open to returning under the right circumstances.

Meanwhile, new backstage reports indicate that WWE is lining up several surprises for Evolution 2. Multiple women — some not yet revealed — have reportedly been contacted to appear, and the show is expected to feature up to 8 matches, with talent from WWE, TNA, and more. Legends like Alundra Blayze and Jazz are also locked in for the event.

Whether this is a subtle tease or just Saraya trolling for fun, she’s certainly got fans talking. One thing’s for sure — if she does walk through the curtain on Sunday, the roof might just come off the place.
