AEW fans didn’t miss the ICE recruitment ads airing during both the October 1 and October 7, 2025, episodes of Dynamite—but one viewer took it even further, bringing a massive green sign reading “ICE FEARS HANGMAN” to the show. That sign never made it to the final bell.

During the live broadcast, security stepped in and confiscated the sign from the fan’s hands in full view of the crowd. A video uploaded by Reddit user Puzzled_Ad7334 shows the moment security swooped in and took the sign away as the fan threw his arms up in frustration.

This comes after AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page fired off a post on Bluesky on October 1, reacting to the government-sponsored commercials.

“f**k ice airing commercials during dynamite, let em know,” he wrote.

Page didn’t just vent—he posted direct links to feedback forms for TBS and Warner Bros. Discovery, encouraging others to voice their disapproval. But despite the outrage, ICE ads continued airing on the October 7 episode.

It’s clear tensions haven’t cooled, and now fans are even getting silenced in the arena. AEW’s World Champion has made his stance loud and clear—so what happens next if the network refuses to pull the ads?

Was AEW right to allow security to remove the sign—or is this another case of free speech being policed at live events? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
