Fandango is back in WWE NXT, but his return came with a mix of emotions.

After nearly four years away, the former Breezango member made a surprise appearance on the February 4 episode of NXT, stepping up to NXT Heritage Cup Champion Lexis King to set up a title match for next week.

Now, in an NXT digital exclusive, Fandango has broken his silence on what the return means to him. “Ear to ear, genuinely heartfelt, but I just broke my Ferragamos, so it’s a bittersweet day for me,” he joked. “That’s just me trying to be funny, I’m sorry. NXT means the world to me, to have me back tonight. Just goosebumps, man. I can’t get over it. I’m grateful, that’s exactly what I am.”

Fandango also addressed the challenge ahead of him, acknowledging that Lexis King is unpredictable—but he’s no stranger to being unpredictable himself.

“You couldn’t predict what would happen when we face each other,” he added, promising that next week’s match will be one to watch.

With Breeze working behind the scenes on the NXT creative team and Fandango stepping back into the ring, it begs the question—could a Breezango reunion actually happen, or will their careers continue to take separate paths? Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think!
