Following his release from WWE on September 21, 2023, during the latest round of roster cuts, AJ Francis, formerly known as Top Dolla of Hit Row, has been making appearances for various promotions, including MLW and TNA.

Recently, a fan on Twitter inquired whether Francis would be interested in working for New Japan Pro Wrestling if given the opportunity. In response, Francis revealed that WWE’s Shinsuke Nakamura had already recommended him to the company.

In a tweet, Francis stated: “Uncle Shin already put the word in… life is all about timing. 💰”

While Francis explores his options outside of WWE, his former Hit Row teammates continue their journeys within the company. B-Fab has aligned herself with Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits in their feud against the Final Testament faction, while Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis has formed a new tag team with Cedric Alexander.
