Justin Credible just proved that comebacks don’t only happen in the ring, as he’s really turning his life around.
On December 31, 2025, the ECW original took to Twitter with a deeply personal and inspiring update—marking 2½ months of sobriety and revealing a dramatic transformation since entering addiction treatment. Credible posted two photos: one from before he checked into rehab in October, and one from now, showing a noticeably healthier version of himself.
“The difference is insane. 2 1/2 months ago, I walked into treatment facility for addiction. Today I’m 2 1/2 months sober. I’ve lost 25 pounds w help of @DDPYoga & @RealDDP. I’m 52 years young. 2026 is going to be my year. I’m so blessed to have my family, friends & all of You.”
The update follows a difficult stretch for Credible. Back in October 2025, he revealed he had been involved in a car accident and was hospitalized in Philadelphia. After being discharged, he admitted he was stranded without enough money for gas or tolls to get home and issued a reluctant but desperate plea to fans for help.
“I hate to ask. I know a lot of u have certain feelings about me but Thursday night I got into an accident. I’ve been in Philadelphia at a hospital. Since then I’ve been discharged, but I don’t have gas money to get home or tolls… If there’s any way you guys can bless me, DM 🙏”
Since that moment, Credible has made remarkable strides. In November, he completed a rehab program at the Discovery Institute in New Jersey, receiving a certificate of commencement dated November 12. He also recently secured his first job outside of wrestling, revealing on Francine’s podcast that he would be starting work at a Chili’s restaurant in early 2026.
After years of battling addiction and financial instability—and opening up about it publicly—Credible now seems focused on sustained recovery and a new beginning.
His recent transformation isn’t just physical—it’s about reclaiming control, one step at a time. And now, with support from fans, friends, and names like Diamond Dallas Page, he’s entering 2026 with more hope than he’s had in years.
