Gable Steveson isn’t slowing down after leaving WWE. Fresh off a dominant MMA debut, the Olympic gold medalist is now entering the world of professional boxing—and he’s doing it under the hard-hitting Dirty Boxing Championship banner.

DBX officially announced that Steveson will headline DBX 4 on October 30 in Nashville, Tennessee, where he’ll step into the ring against heavyweight Billy Swanson. The fight will stream live and free on YouTube, making this the next chapter in Steveson’s post-WWE combat sports career.

After scoring a vicious first-round stoppage in his first MMA bout, Steveson is ready to show what he can do standing up. He called this new opportunity a necessary part of his evolution as a fighter.

“Every time I compete, I’m chasing growth. Boxing is a new challenge and DBX is the perfect stage to keep testing myself and showcase my evolution as a fighter.”

The card will also feature an appearance from UFC legend and DBX co-owner Jon Jones, who’s hosting an exclusive meet and greet for ticket holders. This will be Jones’ first-ever fan event in Tennessee, adding even more attention to the Nashville card.

Jones spoke about what this expansion means for the promotion and why Music City was the right call.

“Bringing Dirty Boxing to a new city is something we’ve been looking forward to since day one. Nashville’s grit, energy and reputation for spotlighting talent make it the perfect first stop as we expand across the country and eventually go international. This is history for DBX.”

The October 30 event takes place at The Pinnacle in Nashville and will showcase DBX’s unique hybrid rules, which allow Superman punches, elbows, spinning backfists, and standing ground-and-pound in a smaller ring using 4oz gloves.

With Steveson’s profile rising fast in MMA and now boxing, all eyes will be on whether the former WWE prospect can transition smoothly into a new combat sports frontier.
