BJ Ray may have been released from WWE just weeks ago, but he’s already back in the spotlight—and this time, it’s from the front row at TNA Turning Point. While fans were focused on Kelani Jordan defending her Knockouts World Title, Ray managed to steal attention with a moment of his own.
During Kelani’s hard-fought match against M by Elegance, Ray posted a clip to his Instagram showing himself shouting at Jordan from ringside, trying to fire her up mid-match. His voice can be heard yelling:
“Kelani get up! Kelani!!!! Kelani get up! Kelani come on!”
That wasn’t all. Ray captioned the clip with a signature mix of arrogance and humor, “POV: SexyBJRay coaches Kelani and helps her win her TNA match.”
The moment added an unexpected twist to the title bout, which saw Jordan overcome interference from Heather and survive a brutal Michinoku Driver before sealing the win with her signature split-legged moonsault.
Ray’s first TNA sighting came earlier in the night, when he posted another clip from the Countdown to Turning Point pre-show. In that video, he took a not-so-subtle jab at the TNA roster, writing:
“POV: I would clap these dorks easy lmao.”
Ray has been recovering from surgery after revealing he worked through two full seasons of WWE’s LFG show with a torn rotator cuff and labrum. Despite his injury, he’s kept his trademark persona alive on social media—and now, fans are speculating if this ringside cameo is more than just a troll job.
Was BJ Ray just trolling for clout, or is this the first step toward a run in TNA? Would you like to see him get involved on screen, or stay out of the women’s title scene entirely? Sound off in the comments.
