Eric Bischoff has finally broken his silence following the death of longtime friend and business partner Hulk Hogan—and he kept it short, emotional, and real.

In a tweet Bischoff wrote, “Thanks for the house Hulkster.” The message, while cryptic to some, was clear to those who know the history: Hogan helped build Bischoff’s legacy just as much as Bischoff helped shape Hogan’s second wrestling run in WCW.

But Bischoff wasn’t done there. When a fan asked if Real American Freestyle—the new wrestling venture Hogan co-founded—was still happening, Bischoff responded just eight minutes later with a defiant message: “The Show goes on. BROTHER!”

The statement confirms that Real American Freestyle will continue, even after the loss of its co-creator. Hogan had been deeply involved in the development of the promotion before his sudden passing, serving as Commissioner and the creative force behind the scenes. FOX Nation still plans to stream the debut event, RAF01, on August 30 from the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, with a second show already scheduled for this fall.

According to RAF co-founder Chad Bronstein, Hogan was all-in on the project—working closely with talent, watching tape, and helping define the vision. It wasn’t just a gig for Hogan; it was personal. FOX Nation President Lauren Petterson called Hogan’s death a massive loss for the wrestling world and confirmed their commitment to honoring his work.

With Bischoff now stepping up to confirm the show’s continuation, it’s clear the team behind RAF wants to make this more than just another startup—it’s becoming a tribute to Hogan’s larger-than-life legacy.

Eric Bischoff’s words may have been few, but they carried weight. For decades, the two were tied together in wrestling lore—and now, in death, Bischoff is making sure Hogan’s final project lives on.
