Eric Bischoff is taking a brutal victory lap after AEW Dynamite recently pulled in under 500,000 viewers—and he’s not holding back on who he’s blaming for the outrage online.

During the latest episode of 83 Weeks, Bischoff unloaded on AEW’s most loyal online defenders, ridiculing what he sees as their emotional meltdowns anytime AEW gets criticized. While claiming he has no personal issue with AEW or Tony Khan, he made it clear that he finds their fanbase easy—and enjoyable—to provoke.

“I do like screwing with their ridiculously stupid, willfully ignorant fan base who just absolutely collapse and overreact to anything that is said about AEW.”

He didn’t stop there. Bischoff compared AEW fans to rotting fruit, adding:

“They are the lowest of low. They’re the low-hanging fruit that’s so low to the ground, the fruit’s starting to rot on the vine.”

That led to an even harsher insult, where he outright questioned their intelligence:

“That’s the typical online AEW fan base—and collectively the dumbest group of people I think I’ve ever been exposed to.”

And when it comes to his predictions about AEW’s downfall? Bischoff claimed he’s not just right—he’s always right:

“You may hate it. And you AEW low-hanging rotten fruit fanboys may cry. It may ruin your freaking day. But here’s why… Because it’s the truth.”

Bischoff also took a shot at longtime AEW supporter and wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer, accusing him of being out of touch with the current industry and blindly steering AEW fans into denial.

While Bischoff insists he has no ill will toward Tony Khan, even saying “God bless Tony and his father”, it’s clear he gets his real kicks from riling up AEW’s most hardcore fans during long flights or downtime.

Love him or hate him, Bischoff is standing by his ratings math and prediction game—and right now, he’s soaking up every bit of it.
