Juice Robinson’s return to the ring is finally getting closer, and AEW fans just got the most encouraging update yet.

After months on the shelf with a broken fibula, the Bullet Club Gold member is reportedly just a few weeks away from being medically cleared to resume in-ring training. The update comes via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, where it was noted that Robinson is expected to begin wrestling drills soon, signaling a likely return to AEW television in the next couple of months.

Robinson’s injury occurred on November 30, 2024, during his AEW Continental Classic match against Will Ospreay. What made the situation all the more frustrating is that the injury happened on a routine sunset flip—proof that even basic moves can go wrong in pro wrestling. Initially brushing it off as a sprain during WrestleCade weekend, Robinson later learned through an X-ray on December 2 that he had suffered a broken fibula.

He underwent surgery shortly after, and the road to recovery has been long and quiet—until now.

In Robinson’s absence, AEW plugged rising lucha star Komander into the Continental Classic, but fans have been asking what’s next for Bullet Club Gold. The group—also known as the Bang Bang Gang—has been plagued with injuries. While The Gunns briefly returned after Austin Gunn’s injury, the faction hasn’t had a consistent presence on TV in recent months. Jay White has been featured, but creative plans for the full group remain uncertain.

With Juice nearing a return, there’s new hope that Bullet Club Gold could reunite at full strength before the end of 2025. Whether that means new title runs, feuds, or another reshuffling of alliances is anyone’s guess—but it’s a step in the right direction.
