Elektra Lopez made her main roster debut last year but ultimately, she wasn’t able to accomplish much in the company and she was recently released. Lopez has now broken her silence following her unexpected firing.
After news of her departure surfaced, Elektra Lopez addressed the situation on social media. She hinted at staying busy over the next three months, making it clear she has plans in motion once she hits free agency, saying, “Heard any good news lately? No? Well, make it quick—I’ve got a packed schedule for the next 90 days”
Elektra Lopez made a strong impression in NXT as the enforcer for Legado del Fantasma, working alongside Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza. Her powerful in-ring style and commanding presence quickly established her as a key figure in the faction.
Despite the group’s transition to SmackDown, Lopez remained in NXT, a move that caught many fans off guard. She later made sporadic appearances on the main roster, but never regained the prominence she had in NXT. Lately, she had been competing in NXT while occasionally showing up on the main roster, though creative plans for her had seemingly stalled. Therefore, we will have to wait and see what the future holds for Lopez once she becomes a free agent in 90 days.
