Elayna Black Confirms New Relationship After TNA Debut

It didn’t take long for Elayna Black to stir things up in TNA Wrestling—and not just in the Knockouts Division.

On January 20, 2026, just days after making her TNA debut on AMC, Elayna Black seemingly confirmed her relationship with fellow wrestler KC Navarro by posting a set of photos to Twitter. The two are seen kissing and embracing backstage, with the caption simply reading: “Blessed ❤️”.

This isn’t the first time Elayna’s personal life has made headlines. During her WWE NXT days, she was previously linked to Bron Breakker and later Harlem Lewis. Her breakup with Harlem became a hot topic last year, especially after Lewis quickly moved on to date fellow NXT star Thea Hail, igniting plenty of drama behind the scenes.

Now, with her WWE run in the rearview, Elayna Black has already made a splash in TNA. After debuting during the company’s relaunch on AMC, she immediately inserted herself into the Knockouts Title picture, confronting champion Léi Yǐng Lee following her successful defense against Zaria at Genesis.
