EJ Nduka Knocks AEW in Now-Deleted Tweet After Talent Departures

This week has been an interesting one for AEW as the company has seen a couple of departures and now it appears that former AEW talent EJ Nduka has thrown shade at the company after the recent departures.

EJ Nduka took to Twitter and seemingly threw shade at AEW after Abadon confirmed she would be leaving AEW, and reports revealed that Mariah May was parting ways as well. Nduka simply asked why people are leaving AEW, as he said, “Why everyone leaving ? 🥴.” Nduka would go on to delete the tweet as well for some reason.

This comes after Abadon confirmed that her AEW contract expires in June and won’t be renewed and despite being heartbroken, she made it clear her wrestling journey wasn’t coming to an end.

As for Mariah May, she has been removed from the AEW website and is expected to join WWE imminently, but it is to be noted that Mariah May is still under contract with AEW at the moment.

EJ Nduka parted ways with AEW after his contract expired earlier this month and he would then target the company in several explosive tweets. Therefore, his throwing shade at AEW isn’t something that has surprised fans at all but many feel it’s just not a good look. Regardless, we’ll have to see what the future holds for Nduka and Abadon, since May’s direction is already clear.
