Eddie Guerrero’s daughter Kaylie is currently on the road to recovery after she was brutally attacked by a dog.
Recently, Kaylie Guerrero took to Twitter and uploaded a video of herself crying while her face was absolutely bloodied, as there was a nasty cut on one of her eyelids. She was in pain as she said, “It burns.”
When a fan asked what happened, Kaylie revealed that the incident happened because she tried to kiss her friend’s sleeping dog, accidentally startling him and leading to the brutal attack. She said it was definitely a learning lesson in the end.
“I went to kiss my friends sleeping dog on the head and it startled him… definitely a learning lesson…😭”
In a follow-up, Kaylie Guerrero revealed that only one eyelid needed stitches, and doctors told her she should look fully healed in about two weeks.
“Thank you! Luckily it will be, they only had to stitch my eyelid. They predict I should look good as new in 2ish weeks! ☺️❤️”
Kaylie Guerrero also took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself on the third day after the incident, showing a photo that she was clearly getting better.
“Day 3 of the healing process. ❤️🩹 Thank you guys, for all the love and prayers it means the world to me! 🥹🌎❤️🙏🏼”
Animal-related accidents can happen in a split second, but Kaylie handled the situation with maturity and gratitude. Thankfully, her injuries are healing well, and doctors expect her to make a full recovery in just a couple of weeks.
