AEW veteran Dustin Rhodes is not lovin’ it.

The wrestling legend took to X/Twitter on December 19, 2025, to unload on fast food giant McDonald’s—and he didn’t hold back. Reacting to a photo posted by @chefsevenn showing an enormous McDonald’s haul of fries, cheeseburgers, nuggets, and a large drink, Rhodes delivered a scathing review.

The original tweet asked followers, “What’s the first word that comes to mind when you see this?” Rhodes didn’t mince words in his reply.

“Disgusting! Not food. Put a McDonalds hamburger still wrapped in, out in the garage and come back a yr later. It will still look the same.”

This isn’t the first time a celebrity has slammed McDonald’s for its food quality, but Rhodes’ comment carries extra weight given his clean lifestyle and years of physical discipline in the wrestling world. He’s clearly drawing a line between what’s considered real nourishment and what he sees as processed imitation.

Whether you agree with Dustin or think he’s being too extreme, the conversation around fast food’s nutritional value—and its shelf life—isn’t going away anytime soon.
