Drew McIntyre may have just lost another shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship, but one wrestling personality is already pitching him a future outside of WWE.

After falling short against Cody Rhodes at WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City, McIntyre became the focus of a tweet from none other than Vince Russo—the controversial former WWE writer who’s now steering the creative ship at Juggalo Championship Wrestling.

Russo didn’t hold back with his pitch, offering McIntyre a spot at JCW once his current WWE deal ends.

“@DMcIntyreWWE would LOVE to discuss you coming to @jcwlunacy once your @wwe contract expires. You have my word—-you won’t be booked like 💩💩💩!!!”

The message came shortly after McIntyre’s hard-fought match against Rhodes, which featured a “title can change hands on DQ or count-out” stipulation. Despite several chaotic moments—like a referee bump, near disqualifications, and the use of the Undisputed Championship as a weapon—Rhodes retained with a Crossroads to close out the show.

Now, let’s be real—Drew McIntyre jumping from WWE to JCW isn’t something anyone’s putting money on. Vince Russo’s tweet didn’t turn heads so much as it probably got a few laughs. With Russo now calling the shots at JCW and comparing Violent J to Vince McMahon, the offer felt more like a trolling jab than an actual pitch. Still, Russo saw McIntyre’s loss to Cody Rhodes as the perfect moment to insert himself into the conversation.

Russo might not be inking deals with top-tier WWE talent anytime soon, but he knows how to take a shot and stir up some noise—especially when someone like Drew McIntyre is in the spotlight.

Do you think Drew McIntyre should explore his options and take Russo up on the offer? Or is there more for him to accomplish in WWE? Drop a comment and let us know where you think McIntyre’s next chapter should begin.
