Drew McIntyre isn’t staying quiet after being cheated out of the WWE Undisputed Championship.

The Scottish Warrior took to social media to share his frustration after Cody Rhodes bent the rules to keep his title at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The match had everything—brutal spots, near falls, and controversy. With the stipulation that Rhodes could lose the championship by disqualification or count out, McIntyre spent much of the match trying to push Cody to his limit. But in the end, it was The American Nightmare who crossed the line.

After a chaotic sequence that saw the referee get knocked down, Cody Rhodes used the WWE title belt to his advantage, planting McIntyre with a DDT on the championship before hitting Cross Rhodes for the win. The referee never saw the illegal move, leaving McIntyre furious after yet another tainted result.

Shortly after, McIntyre broke his silence online with a jab that didn’t hold back. Drew posted a clip of Cody Rhodes’ infamous impression of Ted DiBiase Jr. during a backstage meltdown years ago, where DiBiase was heard yelling, “Where is that referee? He was trying to f**k on me.”

It was a clear message—McIntyre’s accusing Cody of using dirty tricks and blaming the officials for letting it slide. Fans quickly picked up on the reference, flooding McIntyre’s replies with support and calling out Rhodes’ underhanded tactics.

This feud between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre clearly isn’t over, and after tonight’s controversial finish, the tension is higher than ever.
