AJ Mana’s drawn the ire of many after his involvement in Raja Jackson brutally attacking Syko Stu. Now it seems the drama continues as Doug “The Epic” Malo has accused AJ Mana of being an accessory to a crime.

While speaking on the Submission Radio podcast, Doug “The Epic” Malo described what AJ Mana did as being an accessory to a crime. He noted that if you’re a worker and you bring in a guest who wants to interfere in a match, it’s your job to make sure that guest doesn’t hurt anyone in the ring. Instead, AJ said he would run in if anyone had a problem, which Doug thought was stupid and dangerous.

“Calling that an accessory to a crime. You’re a worker. That’s your guest too. If I’m a worker and I bring in a guest, and this guest is going to do a run-in, my job is to make sure that this guest doesn’t hurt my friends, my colleagues, the people I share the ring with. For him to sit there and make a statement like, ‘If anyone else got something to say, I’m going to run in, cowboy dumbass,’ I hate him for that. He’s just so f****** stupid.”

Doug explained that AJ’s words basically meant “it’s us against everyone else.” That encouraged reckless behavior and gave the guest the confidence to do something harmful.

Backstage, Syko Stu wasn’t in a good state of mind. He even asked AJ Mana if he would go along with the plan. Instead of calming him down, AJ’s tone and actions made things worse. Because of this, people online started attacking Raja Jackson and even his father got involved, not realizing how bad the situation had become.

“What that statement really says is, ‘It’s me and you versus all of them.’ You’re encouraging him to do something reckless, knowing he might be outnumbered, and you’re telling him you’ll have his back. You’re emboldening this. You’re priming him up to go commit something really heinous and stupid. In the back with Stu, he knew Stu wasn’t in the right state of mind. Stu even asked him, ‘Are you going to sell this?’ Instead of calming things down—his tone, his body language, the way he was carrying himself—AJ escalated everything. And then he doubled down, made it worse. Now everybody online is piling on Raja, picking on him, his own dad’s calling him, not even realizing the energy his son was carrying because of all this.”

Doug believed that if Rampage Jackson had really seen his son’s energy after this, he would have stopped him from going into the ring. He would have told him to wait for another day or handled it himself.

Doug said AJ Mana’s actions were awful. He pointed out there’s video proof of AJ saying things he now denies. He called AJ a liar, a bully and someone who only wanted attention. In the end, he described him as despicable.

“If Rampage had seen his son’s energy after all that, do you really think he would’ve said, ‘You know what, go into the ring’? No. He would’ve pulled him aside, said, ‘Hey, let’s settle this another day, somewhere else. This isn’t going to be good for you.’ Or he would’ve handled it himself because just the name ‘Rampage’ says it all. What AJ did was deplorable. There’s no lies told here. I didn’t make this up. There’s video of him literally saying the things he swears he didn’t say. He’s a professional liar. He doesn’t know who he is. He’s a bully. He’s unworkable. He escalated everything. And everything he did was for attention. He’s despicable.”

AJ Mana was caught on a Kick livestream telling Raja Jackson to “give Stu a receipt” moments before the vicious attack. Mana even went so far as to blame the promoter for KnokX pro for the whole ordeal while saving himself.

The KnokX Pro scandal keeps growing, with Raja Jackson under investigation, Rampage Jackson taking heat from fans and critics, and AJ Mana being blamed for making the situation worse. Doug “The Epic” Malo’s comments have only added to the pressure on Mana, so we’ll have to see if Mana will eventually take responsibility for his own actions.
