Dominik Mysterio isn’t letting a shoulder injury slow down his trash talk—or his momentum in AAA.

During Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide’s debut broadcast on FOX Latin America, a pre-taped vignette aired featuring the AAA Mega Champion, where Dominik didn’t hold back. While addressing the promotion’s major TV milestone, Dominik took aim at multiple names—including Bad Bunny, Canelo Alvarez, Rey Mysterio, and Mr. Iguana—in classic Judgment Day fashion.

The vignette even included a clip from RAW after WrestleMania 39, where Dominik famously confronted Bad Bunny—adding fuel to speculation that the Grammy-winning star might be on the verge of returning to WWE.

“Everyone is so, so excited for this new television contract. AAA Lucha Libre exploding on Fox, especially with more eyes than ever before. But why do you think this is all happening? Maybe it’s all these famous celebrities showing up suddenly… Maybe it’s because Bad Bunny loves Mr. Iguana. Please, that’s a joke. We all know that everyone loves to listen to Dirty Dom,” Mysterio said.

Dominik went on to crown himself “The King of the Luchadors” and “The Dirtiest of the Dirty,” continuing to build his reputation as AAA’s ultimate anti-hero. But the biggest development came later in the broadcast when it was revealed that El Hijo del Vikingo is now the official No. 1 contender to Dominik’s AAA Mega Championship after defeating El Grande Americano.

As for Bad Bunny, he hasn’t been seen in WWE since his epic win over Damian Priest at Backlash 2023 in Puerto Rico. While he’s currently prepping for a Super Bowl performance next month, Dominik’s pointed comments suggest that WWE hasn’t ruled out a return down the line—and fans should keep their eyes open.

Meanwhile, Dominik is still recovering from a minor shoulder injury suffered at Guerra de Titanes on December 20, 2025. He took the hit—a DDT from his father, Rey Mysterio—but finished the match. Reports confirm he won’t require surgery and is expected back soon.

Could Dominik’s jab at Bad Bunny be more than just promo heat? Do you want to see another face-off between them in WWE or even AAA? Let us know what you think in the comments.
