The Booker T vs. DJ Vlad feud just got even messier—and now both sides are armed with receipts.

Booker T recently went public on his Hall of Fame podcast claiming he turned down a paid interview with VladTV. “They called me back and they offered me money to go on VladTV and I turned it down because I was not going to go on Vlad TV and be exploited,” he said.

DJ Vlad wasn’t having it. On April 1, he posted on X: “Booker T is lying. Booker was excited to do VladTV and was at the studio with our cameraman. I ran late that day, which is why the interview never happened.”

Then Booker T dropped receipts of his own—direct messages showing Vlad offering him money for the interview and Booker turning it down. Here’s what Booker’s side looked like:

  • “Let me know if you still want to do the interview. We’ve hit your guy a few times but haven’t gotten a response.” — Vlad, Sept. 9, 2020
  • “Let’s do a call… I want to make this right.” — Vlad, Sept. 22, 2020
  • “Let’s do the interview—perfect time with that song blowing up.” — Vlad, Jan. 7, 2021
  • “Thanks but no thanks.” — Booker T, Jan. 8, 2021
  • “What if we pay you an appearance fee?” — Vlad, Jan. 9, 2021

But Vlad came back again—this time with his own full screenshot and even more details, accusing Booker T of conveniently leaving out what really happened.

Vlad posted: “100% lying. You happily agreed to do the interview and even showed up to the studio. Here’s our initial DMs again. I ran late, and you stormed out. I tried to reschedule, and you were in your feelings. Making a video saying you turned down VladTV because ‘I get people locked up,’ but forgetting to mention that you actually showed up to a VladTV interview is ridiculous.”

Here’s the rundown from Vlad’s newly released DMs:

  • “Interested in interviewing you for VladTV. We recently did Mark Henry.” — Vlad, July 8, 2020
  • “Hey what’s up bro, I’m definitely interested. What all would you want to cover? I’m based in Houston so we would do it over Zoom or something?” — Booker T
  • “Interested in covering your career like I do in most of my interviews. We have a cameraman in Houston so we can do it remotely that way. We can go to your location or book a studio.” — Vlad
  • “Yeah if he’d want to meet me at my studio where I do my show we can do it that way. When would you want to do it? I’m normally free on Thursday’s.” — Booker T
  • “Send contact info and my assistant will coordinate.” — Vlad
  • “My email is [redacted]@aol.com and send it to my assistant Brad as well, his is [redacted]. He’ll help arrange it.” — Booker T
  • “Thanks bro. Really looking forward to it.” — Booker T
  • “Me too.” — Vlad

So now the internet’s got two stacks of receipts—and both sides insist they’re telling the truth.

Was this just a misunderstanding, or did someone really get caught fabricating the timeline? Either way, both Booker and Vlad are now dug in—and fans are left trying to make sense of who’s being real and who’s playing games.
