Moore mentions that former WCW Superstar Buff Bagwell is currently working as a professional gigolo. His current weekly rate is $25,000 and Cornette and Lawler laugh hysterically.
Cornette’s rocky relationship with WWE employee Kevin Dunn has been a hot topic of discussion over the years, but Lawler informs that he always had a great relationship with Kevin Dunn. From the time he stepped foot in WWE 24 years ago, he and Dunn have always got along great.
Lawler believes that Kane’s return to WWE programming comes at a strange time, with him being in the middle of a Mayoral race in Tennessee. He points out that Kane’s opposing candidates might use this as a campaign tactic, pointing out that the Mayoral race isn’t his priority. On the other hand, Cornette mentions that being on National television every week is pretty good publicity.
Cornette is surprised that it took WWE this long to bring back the War Games match. He adds that the War Games brand always worked from a business perspective, even when the product was in a lull. He has heard that WWE feared that the match wouldn’t translate well to television, but obviously they’ve remedied those concerns if they finally decided to bring it back.
