Deonna Purrazzo kicked off ROH Final Battle with a major milestone, defeating Billie Starkz to become the first-ever ROH Women’s Pure Champion.

The tournament final opened the main card, with both competitors showcasing their technical skill. The match reached its turning point when Starkz attempted a senton, only for Purrazzo to counter and immediately lock in her signature Venus de Milo submission. Purrazzo delivered a flurry of knees to Starkz’s head while tightening the hold, leaving Starkz no choice but to submit.

As Purrazzo celebrated her historic victory, she was met on the entrance ramp by Queen Aminata. Aminata, who had been forced to withdraw from her semifinal match due to injury, made it clear she’s targeting the new champion next. The two shook hands in a tense exchange, setting the stage for a future clash.

Already a former ROH Women’s World Champion, Purrazzo now adds the Pure Championship to her résumé, cementing her place as one of the most decorated women in Ring of Honor history.
