Second-generation star Marie Malenko officially wrestled her first match in Japan on February 2, 2026, as part of Pro Wrestling NOAH’s MONDAY MAGIC event held at Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo.
Marie teamed with Sofia Sivan in a three-way tag team bout that also featured ZONES & Dream Girl Ellie and the winning duo, Great Sakuya & Alivia Rose. Despite not securing the win, the match marked a major milestone for Malenko, who confirmed in her post-match interview that this was her first-ever match in Japan.
Marie is the daughter of legendary technical wrestler Dean Malenko, and her lineage hasn’t gone unnoticed. Fellow wrestler Erick Stevens took to Twitter after the match, writing:
"I’ve trained with this young lady. She’s definitely a Malenko. With more experience, I think she could become one of the best technical wrestlers in the country."
With this international debut now under her belt, fans are eager to see what’s next for Marie Malenko as she begins to carve out her own path on the global stage.
