Danhausen has already appeared across multiple WWE shows since his debut — but internally, he reportedly still doesn’t belong to any brand.

According to PWInsider on March 11, 2026, Danhausen has not yet been assigned to either Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown. Instead, he is currently listed within WWE as a free agent.

This comes shortly after Danhausen’s unusual debut during the WWE Elimination Chamber event in Chicago. The moment saw him emerge from a coffin inside a mysterious crate surrounded by vampire-style dancers — a reveal that led to mixed reactions from the live crowd and a lot of conversation online.

Danhausen later addressed the debut while appearing on the March 10 episode of the RAW Recap show, where he offered his own version of how the Chicago crowd reacted. He insisted the arena was fully behind him the moment he appeared.

“The Chicago crowd? Oh, it was thunderous applause. It was great. I came out and it was like, ‘Yes, finally Danhausen arrived!’ I could hear each and every one of them jumping off their seats, giving me applause and saying, ‘Up yours, Dracula. Danhausen did it first.’”

Since that debut, Danhausen has popped up on multiple WWE shows — including the March 2 episode of RAW, the March 6 episode of SmackDown, and the March 9 episode of RAW — suggesting the company is already using him across different programs.

For now, WWE seems to be letting the character bounce between shows while figuring out where he fits best — which means fans could keep seeing him show up on either brand for the foreseeable future.

So the real question now is simple — should WWE lock Danhausen into RAW or SmackDown, or keep him roaming the shows as a free agent? Drop your thoughts and leave your feedback below.
