Dakota Kai was released by WWE back in May and since then, she’s kept a low profile and hasn’t returned to wrestling. While speculation about her next move continues, Dakota Kai has now addressed her future in wrestling.

While speaking during a Twitch stream, Dakota Kai was asked about her future in wrestling following her WWE release and admitted that she misses being in the ring.

Kai explained that while it has been refreshing to take a break after so many years in the business, including her seven-year WWE run, wrestling has been part of her life for much longer. Stepping back has been good for her, but she made it clear that she truly misses it and plans to return.

“I miss wrestling, you guys — we’re gonna get back into it. It’s just one of those things where it has been nice to have a little bit of a break. I’ve been doing it for a long time — longer than the last seven years I was in WWE, you know what I mean? It’s nice to take a step back for a while, but I really do miss it.”
