Cora Jade is feeling confident heading into TNA Sacrifice, and she’s making sure everyone knows it.
The WWE NXT star took to Twitter on March 14 to celebrate two things—Playboi Carti finally dropping his long-awaited album and her plans to walk away with a new championship.
“What a great day for a new album and a new champion!!!!!! Cheers @playboicarti 🍻 See you losers at #TNASacrifice with my new shiny title 🤩🤩🤩”
Jade’s tweet is a follow-up to her now-infamous post from February 19, when she demanded that Playboi Carti drop his single Just days later, Spotify confirmed the release with a massive billboard reading “SORRY 4 DA WAIT,” and Jade wasted no time taking credit for it, responding: “Omg my tweet worked.”
While Carti fans finally got their long-awaited album, Jade is now setting her sights on a different kind of prize—a championship win at TNA Sacrifice.
Jade’s road to the event took a detour earlier this month after she was placed in WWE’s concussion protocol following her March 4 match against Jordynne Grace on NXT. However, Ringside News confirmed that Jade was traveling to the Sacrifice venue, strongly suggesting she’s been medically cleared to compete.
As for her confidence? Through the roof. Whether or not she actually walks away with the title remains to be seen, but one thing is clear—Cora Jade is calling her shots.
