He speaks about the last week’s Christmas edition of RAW, specifically the opening match of the show featuring Elias and John Cena which was criticized by some fans. Ryback thinks Elias is a fresh new talent, and he didn’t have a problem with that match opening the Christmas edition of RAW.
He wasn’t surprised to see Cena go over, but Elias was probably put in that spot by the company to see where he stacks up in the ring with one of the greatest of all time. Ryback is a big fan of Elias and he thinks Elias has done very well with what WWE creative has given him.
The unlikely pairing of Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan won the RAW Tag Team Titles last week and Ryback is interested in seeing where WWE goes with this moving forward. He thinks Jordan has overachieved with the material he’s been given as of late, and even though people are booing him out of buildings, he’s still eliciting a huge response. Ryback thinks Jordan has a great future ahead of him.
