Another listener writes into the show and asks Ryback to name the strangest WWE storyline he was part of. Ryback says that WWE demanding him to quit a match against The Miz due to leg kicks was the weirdest thing he was a part of. This occurred right after his heel turn, and he didn’t understand how WWE could transition him from the ‘Feed Me More’ gimmick to this ‘Cryback’ gimmick so quickly.
Nonetheless, this was Vince McMahon’s idea and Ryback went through with it. McMahon apologized to him the next week for making him look so weak, but there’s no denying that McMahon was trying to bury him that night. Ryback says that’s one thing that he really wishes he wouldn’t have agreed to during his WWE career.
