Cody Rhodes just made it clear—he wants to see his brother Dustin Rhodes finally get his flowers, and he’s not staying quiet about it.
Speaking to Fox News, the Undisputed WWE Champion opened up about why he believes Dustin deserves a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame, despite currently being tied to AEW. Cody didn’t just speak from a place of family loyalty—he made a solid case based on history, legacy, and impact.
“And I’ve oftentimes said my brother. I feel like he had more of an important role in the Attitude Era and moving forward. And I think he’s extremely talented,” Cody said. “I think I’d like to see that not just because I believe he deserves it, which he does, but I’d love to see the family just more added.”
Cody also touched on how deeply the Hall of Fame matters to his family, especially when it comes to honoring their legendary wrestling bloodline. “The Hall of Fame doesn’t mean the same to everybody if that makes any sense. To my family, the Hall of Fame is the thing – the title and then the Hall of Fame.”
Dustin, known to WWE fans as Goldust, spent over 15 years in WWE and was a major player during the Attitude Era. His impact is still felt in the business today—and Cody isn’t the only one saying so. WWE legends like Jim Ross and The Undertaker have also voiced support for his induction over the years.
With Cody now being one of WWE’s top stars, it’s hard to ignore how much louder that push just got.
