CM Punk was slated to face Triple H at WrestleMania. He decided to walk out of the company after the Royal Rumble instead.
One fan asked Punk what his favorite Mania was. This was after CM Punk opened up a Q&A on his Twitter. The Second City Savior replied: “30.”
WrestleMania XXX is known for being YestleMania as Daniel Bryan ended up having a great night in New Orleans. Triple H still had to wrestle the hottest commodity in the company which meant Bryan needed to wrestle twice.
A lot of fans dismissed the idea that CM Punk was really supposed to wrestle Triple H at the show of shows. Then Punk recently revealed evidence of an early Mania 30 booking sheet that showed this match was in place.
