CM Punk Trashes Seth Rollins’ Viral Footwear: “Why Would Anyone Wear Those?”

CM Punk never holds back, and this time, Seth Rollins’ fashion choices are in the line of fire. While out sneaker shopping with Complex, Punk didn’t hesitate to trash Rollins’ viral big red boots, calling them “completely ignorant and stupid.”

When asked about Rollins rocking the oversized Mischief boots a couple of years ago, Punk didn’t sugarcoat his thoughts.

“Completely ignorant and stupid,” Punk said. “Like, I don’t know why anyone would—outside of being in a movie or a television show—wear those in real life. But again, you know, I’m not trying to gatekeep shoes or anything like that. It just seems a little… it seems a little like too ‘notice me’ for me.”

Punk’s shade is hard to ignore, especially since Rollins’ bold fashion statements have been a major talking point in WWE. Whether it’s his flamboyant suits or outlandish footwear, The Visionary is never afraid to stand out—but Punk clearly isn’t impressed.

While Rollins hasn’t responded yet, it’s no secret there’s already tension between the two. Their real-life heat was a major storyline heading into the 2024 Royal Rumble, and now, Punk just added another layer with his latest diss.
