CM Punk has built a reputation off rivalries, even with people he’s never actually wrestled. One of the biggest examples is Hulk Hogan, who Punk has never been shy about calling out whenever his name comes up.

The Royal Rumble kickoff show had a fun panel that featured Peter Rosenberg and CM Punk with Jackie Redmond and Big E. During their discussion about the Royal Rumble, Peter tried to use Hulk Hogan to make a point, but it didn’t land with Punk.

“Remember back in the day when we were kids, everyone loved Hulk Hogan,” Peter Rosenberg said. That is when CM Punk threw a little jab at Peter and the Hulkster at the same time, “Where did you grw up?”

This comment from CM Punk implied that kids weren’t fans of Hulk Hogan when he was a kid. Then again, Punk isn’t a fan of the former NWO leader either.

In the past CM Punk threatened to throw Hulk Hogan out of the Royal Rumble. He also liked Hulk Hogan even less after meeting him, so this latest jab at Hulk Hogan falls in line with things he said in the past.

We will have to see what CM Punk does at WrestleMania Vegas. We are on the fast-track on the road to WrestleMania at this point, an event that Hulk Hogan helped make famous.
