CM Punk isn’t letting go of his grudge with Seth Rollins—and just reignited it with some spicy shots on Hot Ones.
During a recent Hot Ones segment aired January 27, 2026, CM Punk was shown a clip from a previous episode featuring Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins. In the clip, Lynch reads out a card directed at her husband: “Say something nice about CM Punk or eat a wing.”
Without saying a single word, Seth Rollins picks up the wing and takes a bite, visibly dodging the prompt and making his feelings clear without saying a thing. Punk, never one to miss a receipt, fired back immediately when asked about it on Hot Ones.
“I did see the clip of Becky and Seth. Becky pulled a card and said, ‘Say something nice about CM Punk or eat a wing.’ And that little bit** ate a wing.”
He didn’t stop there. When asked what he would’ve done if the situation were reversed—if he was told to say something nice about Seth Rollins—Punk responded with classic sarcasm:
“No, I would gleefully say he really punched above his weight. That’s nice, right?”
The timing of this jab isn’t lost in context. Back in April 2025, Rollins gave a brutally honest interview to ESPN, making it clear he has no interest in reconciling with Punk. He spoke openly about betrayal, broken trust, and how Punk tried to convince friends to walk away from WWE. To Rollins, that was crossing the line.
“You come in here and try to take my family? You try to take my home like that? Nah.”
Rollins also said he’d rather fight Punk than pretend to be friends, stating there’s no point in reconciling with someone he can’t trust.
“It’s more valuable to hate you and to punch you in the face than it is to have you on my side and us holding hands and skipping down the yellow brick road.”
Now, Punk’s Hot Ones comments confirm that the animosity is definitely not going to stop anytime soon—and neither man is pretending otherwise.
Do you think Seth Rollins should’ve just said something nice—or was CM Punk right to clap back? Let us know what you think.
