CM Punk Pulls Off Surprise Gender Reveal at WWE Live Event

CM Punk just added gender reveal host to his résumé — and fans are loving every second of it.

During a WWE live event in Tampa, the Second City Saint paused the action for a wholesome moment when he spotted a sign in the crowd from a couple asking him to do their baby’s gender reveal. Punk didn’t hesitate to make it a memory for life.

“We have a couple over here who asked me to do their baby’s gender reveal. So, in the spirit of being a good-natured human being, I’ll oblige.”

After asking their names — Krista and Joshua — Punk took a moment to playfully joke about the setup:

“I mean, who wrote this? The grandma? Oh, okay. Joshua, you scared me. I asked him who wrote the note and he said the mom, and I was like, wait a second? So the grandma would’ve known for some reason the World Heavyweight Champion is doing a gender reveal.”

The Second City Saint then called for a drumroll before delivering the moment of truth: they were going to have a baby girl.

“Can I get a drumroll, please? It is a baby… GIRL!! There you go. Congratulations!”

The crowd erupted in cheers as Punk celebrated with the family — proving once again that CM Punk is truly the man of the people and you can count on him to fulfil random requests, including gender reveals.
