CM Punk Confirmed for WWE RAW Appearance After Backlash

During WWE Backlash 2025, an was made to the WWE Universe – CM Punk is set to appear on the May 12 episode of WWE RAW at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

The timing of Punk’s return couldn’t be more intriguing, especially with several high-profile matches already confirmed for the show. WWE is clearly stacking the card for Monday night, and Punk’s presence adds another layer of unpredictability to the event.

AJ Styles is set to face off against Finn Balor after Dominik Mysterio ordered Balor to “take care” of Styles. Meanwhile, The War Raiders will go up against The Creed Brothers in what could be a pivotal match for the tag division.

Rhea Ripley is also slated to return to RAW, teaming with IYO Sky to take on NXT’s Giulia and Roxanne Perez in a rare crossover match.
