CM Punk knows his time in the ring isn’t infinite—and he’s not pretending otherwise.

The veteran pro wrestler opened up during a recent WWE vlog and admitted that he’s nearing the end of his in-ring career, placing himself alongside names like John Cena and AJ Styles, who are both stepping away from the business.

Reflecting on his own future, Punk said he’s unsure how much time he has left but made it clear that he’ll keep pushing forward until his body says otherwise.

“So I’m standing here now, near the end of my career. You know, John Cena’s calling it quits, AJ Styles says he’s going to retire next year, and I don’t know how much time I’ve got left. I’m going to keep going until the wheels fall off.”

Punk acknowledged that retirement is approaching sooner rather than later and shared why it’s important to celebrate talent while they’re still around. He emphasized that the wrestling business is constantly evolving, with new faces ready to take over.

“I know that’s sooner rather than later. That’s why I think it’s important, for all of us, not just me, to celebrate every wrestler as they retire. There’s a whole new generation of talent coming in to take our place, and in a way, we’re excited to see that happen.”

For now, Punk is still lacing up his boots and showing he can go toe-to-toe with anyone in the locker room. But when the day comes, he’ll exit with his legacy secure—a trailblazer who always did things his way.
