Christy Hemme Could Lose Her Home to Oregon’s Flat Fire

Former WWE and TNA star Christy Hemme may be facing the loss of her home as the raging Flat Fire in Oregon creeps dangerously close.

On August 23, 2025, Gail Kim took to social media to share a heartfelt message on Hemme’s behalf, asking fans for support during a terrifying ordeal. Gail posted on X:

“I’m posting this for my dear friend Christy Hemme. She wanted me to send this for support. Please pray for her family 🙏🏼❤️.”

The prayer Hemme shared reveals just how dire the situation has become. Her husband and close friends are physically battling the flames near their property with no help from fire insurance—because their policy was dropped just months ago.

“Please please please protect the love of my life, my husband, the father of my five children… his father and all of our dear friends helping to fight the fire from our home,” Hemme wrote.

“If our home goes, I accept this outcome. And if you would grant our family a miracle to keep it, I will accept it humbly as a gift borrowed in this life.”

The situation escalated quickly as Hemme confirmed that the Flat Fire has reached their road and destroyed nearby homes. Oregon state officials have classified the fire at 18,757 acres with zero percent containment. It’s suspected to be human-caused. Governor Tina Kotek has already invoked the Conflagration Act to bring in more firefighting resources across Jefferson and Deschutes counties.

Hemme ended her message by recalling a previous time when she turned to public prayer—while pregnant with quadruplets.

“The last time I asked for a public prayer was when Charley and I were in dire need of a miracle being pregnant with quadruplets. The miracle was granted and they are here safe and sound.”

With the Flat Fire continuing to spread and evacuations underway, Hemme’s plea is a sobering reminder of how quickly lives can be upended.
