Chris Jericho’s WWE Theme Song Played Outside SmackDown Venue in France

Chris Jericho’s future in wrestling has created plenty of speculation, with many fans wondering if he might make a return to WWE. While nothing has been confirmed, it seems his WWE theme song was heard playing outside the arena before this week’s SmackDown.

As revealed by footage making rounds online, Chris Jericho’s iconic WWE theme song was being played outside the LDLC Arena in Lyon, France, ahead of this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

This comes after we have previously reported that many in WWE believe that Chris Jericho returning to WWE is inevitable, as his AEW contract is set to expire in December this year.

Chris Jericho even admitted that he would consider returning to WWE one day, as he didn’t really want to leave anything off the table in the future. He even created speculation after liking a post about returning to WWE as well, but WWE Creative hasn’t really discussed Jericho’s return yet.

Whether it was an intentional tease or just a coincidence, hearing Chris Jericho’s WWE theme outside SmackDown has only fueled speculation about a possible return. With his AEW contract set to expire later this year, we’ll have to see what will become of Jericho in the end.
