Chelsea Green isn’t laughing anymore. The WWE star just reignited her public feud with Fairmont Hotels after revealing they’ve now taken back the apology gift they once offered following a humiliating incident where she was profiled as an escort.

While appearing on Gabby AF, Green shared new details about what really went down at the Fairmont Plaza Hotel in New York City. She recounted the moment security guards removed her and Maxxine Dupri from the bar just before a Broadway show—claiming they were treated like prostitutes based solely on appearance.

“For anyone who doesn’t know, I walked into the Fairmont Plaza in New York City. I tried to have a drink at the bar with Maxine before a Broadway show. We got kicked out. The bodyguards basically surrounded us and insinuated that we were ladies of the night—which was crazy because I’ve worn way smaller clothes.”

After Green went public with the story on social media in April 2024, Fairmont issued a verbal apology and sent her a gift certificate for a two-night stay anywhere in the world. But when she tried to use it for a trip with her mother to London, she says the hotel backed out completely.

“They gave me a gift certificate. They said anywhere in the world for two days. I was like, two days? Okay, I’ll take it… I went to go cash it in because my mom and I are going on a cute little girly trip to London… and they basically said no, it’s expired. And also, we gave you that gift certificate for the Vancouver Fairmont.”

The situation got even more absurd when she realized they were sending her back to her own hometown.

“Why would I ever want to go to the Fairmont in my hometown? I’m going to sleep in my sister’s bed. Are you kidding me?”

Despite the drama, Green kept her sense of humor and used the experience to deliver what might be her new catchphrase:

“I don’t need to be Pretty Woman for Halloween because I am Pretty Woman. Yes, I am. Julia Roberts at the Plaza.”

Ultimately, she said she’s done fighting the hotel over the now-expired offer:

“At this point, I’ve realized it’s a battle I’m not going to win… it’s champagne problems. Boohoo, I can’t stay at the Fairmont. But I’ll never stay at the Fairmont again on my dime.”

Chelsea Green made it clear: she doesn’t need their apology, their expired gift card, or their corporate PR spin. She’s got the last word—and the last laugh.
