Chelsea Green’s self-proclaimed status as a legend didn’t go over well during a recent visit to the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame—and now she’s officially banned from the premises.

The current WWE Women’s United States Champion visited the Hall before the November 14 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, filming a chaotic video in which she clashed with staff and demanded to see her image displayed. What began as a playful promo quickly spiraled into an argument with one of the museum employees, ending with Green being physically escorted out by security. In the cideo, Green opens the tour with full confidence.

“Hello. The two-time United States Women’s Champion has arrived. Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame. The perfect place to show off my tenure. Oh, my. Look at this.”

Things take a turn when the Hall’s representative tells her that she is, in fact, not part of the display.

“Well, you are not up here yet. I’ve got June Byers, Bobo Brazil…”

That’s when Green snaps.

“Tell me where I am before I light this entire place on fire.”

As the two other employees try to calm her down and continue the tour, Green mocks them.

“Beavis and Butthead. Ma’am is here. Ma’am.”

Security eventually removes her from the building, but not before she lashes out one last time.

“You’re fired. You’re fired. Your life is over. I swear. Oh, now you’re quiet, you big dummy.”

Shortly after the incident, the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame released an official statement on social media, making her ban permanent:

“Effective Immediately! Chelsea Green is BANNED from the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame. On Friday, November 14th, Chelsea Green confronted an official at the museum and complained that her image was not displayed at the Hall of Fame. Our security team had to remove Chelsea when she refused to act appropriately. Her image will now be clearly posted at the entrance to the museum to remind all visitors and guests that appropriate decorum is expected at all times.”

While Green hasn’t commented on the ban, her behavior at the museum is already sparking discussion across wrestling circles—and raising questions about where the character ends and the chaos begins.

Should the Hall have played along with Chelsea Green’s antics or was the ban the right move? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
