Rhea Ripley put her NXT Women’s Title on the line against Charlotte Flair. This was a bold choice, but it didn’t turn out the way she would have hoped.

Ripley and Flair had a decent match to start off the second night of WrestleMania 36. It ended with Charlotte Flair locking in a Figure 8 and getting Ripley to tap out. This marks Charlotte Flair’s second run with the NXT Women’s Title. It’s anyone’s guess what this means for her brand status.
