Charlotte Flair made sure the drama didn’t wait for WrestleMania—because she straight-up lost it on Tiffany Stratton just moments after WWE supposedly sent her packing.
During the April 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, announcer Joe Tessitore revealed that “Charlotte Flair was sent home for the week” following a pre-show parking lot attack on Stratton. But “home” wasn’t exactly where Flair ended up—because just hours later, she was back at it, throwing fists and chaos at ringside.
Earlier in the night, Tiffany Stratton picked up a clean win over Roxanne Perez after landing her signature moonsault. But her celebration didn’t last long. Flair stormed out post-match and dragged Stratton out of the ring before unloading a brutal beatdown at ringside. She hurled Stratton over the announce table as Wade Barrett tried (and failed) to stop the madness. Flair then climbed on top of the announce table like she owned the place and just stared the crowd down—no remorse, no apologies.
This was the second physical altercation between the two in a single night. Let’s not forget, Charlotte already attacked Stratton in the parking lot before the show even aired. Whatever message WWE tried sending by sending her “home” clearly didn’t land.
Tensions between the two are already white-hot heading into WrestleMania 41 next weekend, where they’ll battle for the WWE Women’s Championship. But with Flair going completely off-script and ignoring management’s directives, it’s clear things have reached a personal breaking point.
