Chad Gable isn’t wasting any time while recovering from shoulder surgery. The WWE star, who recently underwent a successful procedure after suffering a legitimate shoulder injury, just updated fans on how he’s keeping busy—and it has nothing to do with the ring.

Earlier today, Gable took to Instagram to share that he’s reigniting an old passion for filmmaking and editing while sidelined from WWE. The former Tag Team Champion revealed he’s been working on a personal project that he plans to share with the public very soon.

“Rekindling my love for filmmaking/editing and working on a little personal project to share with all of you. I’ll drop more details soon, but as for today, Happy 4th of July! Enjoy your friends, family, and freedom!” Gable wrote.

Gable is expected to be out of action for at least six months following his surgery, but the star clearly isn’t letting that slow him down creatively. His surprise announcement has sparked curiosity among fans, who are now wondering what this personal project could be and when they’ll get to see it.
