Carmella had to set the record straight after a viral Instagram post stirred up confusion about her second pregnancy.
On August 7, 2025, the former WWE Superstar — currently expecting her second child with husband Corey Graves — appeared tagged in a post from the pregnancy humor account @snatchforher. The image showed a woman holding a newborn baby with the caption, “it can’t come any sooner”
Fans quickly assumed the woman was Carmella and that she had already given birth. But Carmella wasted no time clearing things up in the comments.
“THIS IS DIMITRI!!! I DID NOT HAVE THE BABY!! LOL”
The comment refers to her first child, Dimitri Paul Polinsky, who was born on November 8, 2023. Carmella is currently pregnant with her second child, which she confirmed in June by revealing her baby bump in a heartfelt video with Corey Graves. She shared that their next child is expected this fall, writing, “all in perfect time.. our new chapter begins this fall.”
Despite stepping away from WWE, Carmella has embraced motherhood and is thriving in her new chapter. But with posts like this making the rounds, she’s clearly still in the spotlight.
