TNA Wrestling does not have a proper television deal right now that would make iMPACT! live every single week. However, TNA is actively working towards securing a deal and now Carlos Silva has confirmed they will make an announcement for a bigger platform within the next few months.

While speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Carlos Silva talked about TNA working on a new deal to get on a bigger platform. He said they want to find that bigger stage and have CAA helping them.

They’re right in the middle of the process, and if a few more things fall into place, he’d love to share more. He explained that they’ve been working on this since the start of the year since he joined, and that it’s picked up speed over the last 60 days.

“We want to find a bigger platform. We’ve got CAA helping us. We’re actively in the middle of it—if I could get a few things done, I’d love to tell you. Yes, we are close. We’ve been working on it since the beginning of the year, really since I joined. It’s really accelerated over the last 60 days, so we’re working through it.”

When asked how close they are to making an announcement, Silva said they could be in a 60-90 day window to get something finalized. He pointed out how the media landscape changes every single day, mentioning that some networks were being sold again just this week, so you never really know. But he stressed that they’re working hard on it.

If it all comes together, it would roll out at the end of 2025. Silva also shared that many have already asked for it to be live 52 weeks a year. While it might not start off running live every week from January, they would definitely aim for that and try to make it happen.

“I think we could be in a 60-90 day window to get something done. As you know, the media landscape is changing every single day. We just saw some other networks getting sold again this week. You never know, since it’s all dotted across, but we’re working hard on it.

It would come into play at the end of 2025. Yes, we’ve been asked by many that they’d like it to be live for 52 weeks a year. Maybe it wouldn’t go live in January straight away for all 52 weeks, but we would certainly lean into that to try to make it happen.”

Carlos Silva also recently stated that TNA is currently eyeing a $10 million media deal to go live every week. Therefore, we will have to wait and see whether the new deal will truly help TNA Wrestling in the long run this year, as fans just want the company to grow.
