Cardi B Hints to Triple H That She’s Ready to Step in the Ring

Cardi B might not be content just hosting WWE SummerSlam—she’s now hinting at jumping into the ring herself.

The Grammy-winning rapper is already set to host the two-night SummerSlam Premium Live Event at MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3. But a new post on social media suggests she may want to throw hands with some of WWE’s top female talent.

After a fan reposted a video of Triple H being asked about her wrestling at SummerSlam, Cardi didn’t hold back. She directly tagged Triple H and posted: “Listen @TripleH these girls trying me 😤”

It didn’t take long for WWE stars to notice. Naomi fired back with a savage troll, uploading a photo of a gorilla’s backside and laughing hysterically in her caption: “Hahahhahahahhahahabhahahahhahah⚠️”

This back-and-forth has only added fuel to the fire around Cardi’s involvement. Triple H himself opened the door during the Money in the Bank post-show media scrum, saying he wouldn’t stop Cardi from getting physical if she wanted to:

“I don’t know if anyone can control Cardi B, let me start with that. If she wants to, I don’t think we can talk her out of it. What to expect? Who the hell knows? Cardi is going to do whatever she’s going to do and you’re just hanging onto the tiger’s tail a little bit there. So, she’s a lot of fun to work with, has been so far with this. She’s excited to do it, as you know she’s a big fan.”

Now the question is—will Cardi just host SummerSlam, or will she go full superstar and get in the ring? WWE seems to be leaving the door wide open for something major to go down.
