New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo isn’t ruling out a future in the squared circle, as he says WWE is “definitely an option” once his football career ends.

Skattebo, who made a surprise appearance on Monday Night RAW back in November 2025, now says he’s open to joining WWE once his football career wraps up. In a February 8, 2026 interview with TMZ Sports, Skattebo admitted that stepping into the wrestling ring is something he’s seriously considering.

“There’s a chance. There’s a chance. I mean, I feel like I’m a pretty good actor, so there’s a chance there. There’s a chance on stream. There are a bunch of chances I feel like I can do something outside of football when I’m done playing. I’m not too sure where I’m going to go with that, but WWE is definitely an option.”

When asked if he had any wrestling experience or confidence in his in-ring potential, Skattebo didn’t hesitate:

“Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Growing up, I watched it, and I had an older brother who was bigger than me, so his reach was always longer, so I was never able to punch him.”

Skattebo’s WWE debut came during the November 17, 2025 episode of RAW at Madison Square Garden, where he was seated ringside with other Giants players and comedian Andrew Schulz. After The Judgment Day lost their match, Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio approached the group—and Skattebo shoved McDonagh to the ground, leading to a brief scuffle that had the crowd on its feet.

The moment got a ton of attention, with WrestleVotes reporting it was the number one topic on ESPN New York and WFAN the next day. A WWE source noted that they were “pleased with the angle” and the hype it got.

"The NY sports media has had a frenzy covering Cam Skattebo's appearance on Monday Night Raw last night alongside fellow Giants rookies. Its been the number one topic discussed today on both ESPN New York & WFAN. WWE source I texted today said they were pleased with the angle."

Now that Skattebo has made it clear WWE is “definitely an option”, there’s a chance that the RAW moment was more than just a publicity pop—it might’ve been a preview of his next chapter. Whether or not Cam trades cleats for boots, he’s already got the charisma—and clearly, WWE is watching.
