Bully Ray did more than reunite with Dixie Carter and call matches at TNA’s AMC premiere—he was also working behind the scenes.

According to Fightful Select, Bully Ray wasn’t just at the TNA iMPACT! debut episode on commentary. He also reportedly helped produce multiple backstage segments, including those involving Frankie Kazarian, AJ Styles, and Mike Santana.

This behind-the-scenes role added to his involvement as TNA reintroduces itself to a national audience on AMC. Bully Ray, who already made headlines for delivering a motivational locker room speech that The Righteous praised as game-changing, is now proving he may be stepping into a creative capacity beyond the microphone.

According to the report, there have been conversations between Bully Ray and TNA about possibly continuing the working relationship. However, there’s currently no indication that Bully Ray plans to wrestle for the company again.

His backstage influence and mentorship appear to be a driving force as TNA moves into a new era. From pre-taped content to locker room morale, Bully Ray’s fingerprints are all over the relaunch.

Should Bully Ray take on a full-time creative role in TNA, or do you want to see him back in the ring too? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
