The AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view is taking place on August 24 and there will be tons of stars for the event. Some people did wonder if Bryan Danielson was going to be there for the show and now his status for Forbidden Door has been revealed.
RJ City took to Twitter and announced that Bryan Danielson will be joining him, Renee Paquette, and Jeff Jarrett for the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Zero Hour show, which will be airing at 11:30 AM ET on August 24.
Danielson made his return at AEW All In: Texas, where he took out the Death Riders and got physical in a big way. However, he then made it clear he wasn’t necessarily back as an in-ring competitor.
Although Bryan Danielson won’t be competing on the August 24 card, his role on the Zero Hour panel brings extra star power to the event. Fans will be watching closely, as he could always get involved during the main event of Forbidden Door one way or the other.
Do you think that Bryan Danielson should wrestle again at AEW Forbidden Door or is it better that he truly retires from in-ring competition? Sound off in the comments.
