Bryan Danielson Explains Why Flaccid Penis Jokes Leave Him in Tears

Bryan Danielson kept it real — and hilarious — during a recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast, where he and wife Brie Bella dove into a conversation that spiraled into unexpected (and very graphic) territory.

It started with Bryan casually warning listeners, “So I’m going to say something controversial.” That’s when Brie jumped in, exposing her husband’s very specific sense of humor. But Bryan was quick to defend his comedic equality:

“You’re going to listen to a male comedian, and he’s going to say dick jokes, and you’re going to laugh really hard. You laugh at so many dick jokes.”

“I laugh at dick jokes by women as well. I just find them funny. I especially find flaccid penis jokes to be the funniest thing in the world. It’s like Gonzo from The Muppets, right? It’s just perfect.”

Brie confirmed that this isn’t just talk — Bryan lives for this type of humor, especially when it involves HBO star Danny McBride.

“Anything with Danny McBride — we love Danny McBride — but there always has to be a flaccid penis walking by on the screen. I’ll kind of glance over, and Bryan is like, can’t breathe, tears in his eyes, while the guy just walked by. I’m looking at him like, ‘Is it really that funny?’”

For Bryan, the answer is a hard yes — or maybe a soft one, depending on the joke. Bryan Danielson continues to prove he’s not only one of wrestling’s most respected figures in the ring but also one of the most relatable weirdos out of it. Whether he’s choking out opponents or choking on laughter over flaccid cameos, he’s going to be unapologetically Bryan.
